Neil Kulkarni is Director of Product Management for Wireless at Cisco and a seasoned product and strategy leader with over 18 years of experience in networking, wireless technologies, AIOps, and agentic AI. At Cisco, Neil has played a pivotal role in shaping AIOps, assurance, and vertical-specific solutions for the Cisco wireless portfolio. He is passionate about bringing innovative products and solutions to market that customers love and trust. Neil's approach centers on a deep curiosity about customer pain points, a strong understanding of business needs, and a commitment to delivering solutions that simplify workflows and processes. His leadership helps drive efficiency and savings for customers—both in time and cost—while ensuring commercial relevance for the business. Prior to joining Cisco, Neil began his career as a hands-on network engineer at Hughes Network Systems, a satellite service provider, and later joined the product team at Aruba Networks. He holds a master's degree in wireless communications from the University of Maryland, College Park.
